DART’s RideShare Delaware is a service of DART First State dedicated to aiding commuters with finding and using alternative modes of transportation.  RideShare Delaware has been serving Delaware employees with their commute needs since 1997. Funded with a combination of Federal Congestion, Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ) and State dollars, the goal of the program is to reduce the number of single occupant vehicles (SOVs) traveling on Delaware’s roadways, thus improving our air quality. RideShare works in partnership with local and regional agencies towards meeting Federal Air Quality Standards.

DART's RideShare Delaware offers:

• Free ridematching services for commuters working or living in Delaware as well as for parents of Delaware school students.
• A Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) benefit which is provided for registered commuters actively ridesharing to work
• Vanpool services and information
• Transportation benefit assistance to employers in Delaware

DART's RideShare Delaware is administered by URS Corporation and is operated out of DART First State offices in Wilmington, Delaware. RideShare's programs and services cover employers throughout the state and employees living or working in Delaware.
